Today, 06/08/2023, Mr. Jort Posthumus, Deputy Consul General of the Netherlands in the Kurdistan Region, and a delegation of advisors from the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs visited Vano Group, and they were received by the General Manager, Mr. Karwan Salah.
During the meeting, they discussed the situation of the poultry and agricultural sectors in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region and how to cooperate and coordinate to develop this sector.
Mr. Karwan Salah indicated that the Vano Group currently represents two large Dutch companies, Hendrix and Kanters, in Iraq and plans to build more relationships with Dutch companies in the future.
From his side, Mr. Jort expressed the readiness of the Dutch Consulate to increase cooperation and coordination to strengthen relations between his country’s companies and the Kurdistan Region and Iraq, especially in the agricultural and poultry sectors.
